Glo Gang Worldwide accepts returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
